Scented Candles

Storage

Store in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
Place out of reach of pets and children and away from sources of ignition.

Before use

Trim wick using wick trimmers or pinching between finger and thumb, using tissue paper, before every burn. (Not necessary for initial burn)

Place on level, heat-resistant surface, out of reach of pets and children and away from other lit candles and sources of ignition.

Keep melt pool free of debris and dust.

During use

Burn candle for at least 2-3 hours on the first few burns to avoid tunnelling. Allow for a full - almost full melt pool on all subsequent uses.

Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Do not light in draughty rooms or near open windows

After use

Allow candle to fully cool between burns.

Be aware, container may be hot.

Reed Diffusers

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area

Keep out of direct sunlight

Keep out of reach of children and pets

Store away from sources of ignition

To use

Unscrew diffuser cork and place reeds down the neck of diffuser, allow to saturate in diffuser fluid for one hour then remove reeds and flip, replacing with opposite end of reeds

Reed diffuser placement is key, place in well ventilated area somewhere 'wafty' such as near a door way or walk way

Do not place reed diffuser in direct sunlight or on a radiator, when the diffuser gets hot it will push fluid through the reeds much more quickly reducing the lifespan of the diffuser.

Do not place on plastic, polished or painted surfaces, wipe container before use and every time reeds are flipped to ensure fluid is not on outside of container

If spillage occurs wipe away with a damp cloth immediately

For optimum results turn reeds every 3-5 days

Reeds can be removed to reduce 'scent throw' or increased for a stronger scent, another way to increase scent is to turn reeds more frequently, increasing scent  in turn reduces life span as fluid will travel through diffuser faster

Safety

Keep out of reach of children and pets

Do not light reeds, flammable liquid

Keep away from electrical equipment and follow reed diffuser placement advice above

Always place on a level surface

Additional information

This product is not vegan friendly, here's why: although our eco friendly diffuser base is not tested on any of our furry friends, unfortunately, like many similar products and beauty and hair products, historically it was tested on animals. We are happy in the knowledge that although we do not support this ever happening, this is most definitely a thing of the past and our choice of diffuser base is that of a sustainable source with solubility power and low carbon footprint, that is not toxic to humans or the environment and is known for it's fragrance enhancing performance. 

All of our fragrances remain vegan friendly and animal cruelty free.
