Here’s how to make a DIY Dollar Tree succulent Christmas tree:
First, purchase this tinsel tree, a round cork trivet, some faux succulents and moss from Dollar Tree.
Next, use scissors and a lot of pulling to remove all of the tinsel from the plastic tree form. It will look like this.
Now, stuff the tree form with the moss. Once that’s finished, you can spray it with some hairspray to help it stay in place.
Use hot glue to glue the tree to a cork trivet from Dollar Tree. After that, push the succulents into the moss at even intervals around the tree, and use larger and smaller succulents for variety. You can use hot glue to make them more stable.
Next, apply hot glue to any of the plastic form that’s still showing, and cover it with more moss.
You can leave the tree as-is, or glue a small Christmas ornament from Dollar Tree to the top of the tree for some sparkle.

This decoration looks cute on a shelf, as a table centerpiece, or it would make a cute gift, too!
I prefer it with the little star on top, but it looks really nice without it as well. What do you think?
